In a lot of ways 2016 was a very naughty boy. Very naughty indeed. So many wonderful and talented artists lost, and then there was Brexit and Trump. I’ll let you decide whether those last two were a good or bad thing. I won’t get all political on you…..

However, inside the little bubble I call my life, all was just dandy. In fact, it was pretty spectacular! Steph and I had our first child, Elsie, in September. Can’t even begin to tell you how happy it makes me to see her grow everyday. 

And then there’s my professional life. Well, that was ace too! I’ve won a clutch of international awards (most notably one from the ISPWP) and I’ve been all over the shop. Up the country, down the country, port, starboard. And I’ve been treated to some wonderful venues and some even more wonderful couples. 

Every year I say this. I am a very lucky man indeed to do what I do. 2017 is my 9th year doing reportage wedding photography and honestly, I love it more as each year goes by. Seriously. So I’ll continue saying it at the end of every year because it’s true.

I hope you love this round up. I’ve selected a little under 200 shots. There are literally hundreds more that could have been featured but I had to stop somewhere! Thank you to the friends, venues, ex-clients, clients and suppliers who continue to recommend me to their friends and family. I wouldn’t have a business without you, and I wouldn’t be able to make a living doing what I love.
